So glad you used Asian long beans, they taste SO much better than American ones.

After living in Europe for almost 15 years, when I came back to the U.S. I was shocked by the coarseness of the regular green beans and cucumbers sold here.

I just stir fry the greenbeans. It takes much less oil and healthier for you. I will add minced ginger, pinch salt and sesame oil.

Its so criminally simple to do. I would add in oyster sauce and fried dried shrimp into this.

Last year I found an Asian store in a city that's about a hour away from me. I've been loving exploring all that they sell and trying out new recipes. This recipe sounds delicious. I've never used Chinese long green beans before. Now I'll be looking for these to recreate your recipe. Thanks.
