FYI, Optional Features are moved to Settings>System, from Settings>Apps as of v22H2, Windows 11

Hey there. I was following your steps, but I couldn't find that Active Directry . Does the Active directory come default from the factory with a computer, or should I install it into my laptop and then enable it ?
