Witcher game got probably the best soundtrack of them all. But Netflix goes for Rap or pop music.
They never learn, do they?

Ahh yes the perfect choice of music for a medieval fantasy.

This trailer is actually a great reminder for you to pick up the witcher books if you haven't done already (the audiobooks are on youtube too!)
You will not regret it

Definitely has a "netflix adaption" theme to it.

Sapkowski cried as he watched the Netflix scribble. He was wiping his tears with dollars.

Wakanda, pop song, landscapes, a diverse fellowship. What have you done Netflix?

This helps me appreciate the books and games more than I already do.

I love that they are making a prequel before the series is even over

This is the real reason why we don't have the choice to dislike anymore on YouTube.

I have yet to see a trailer from Netflix involving Witcher live action that doesn't have absolutely out of place music. It's been meme'd to death at this point and they just keep it going.

HBO: we ran out of source materials so we messed up GoT
Netflix: we have well written novels in our hand, but imagine Yennefer tries to sacrifice Ciri

I also read it will entail the origin of the first Witcher, probably towards the end where some of them realize they need a monster to fight monsters! But interesting it takes place in the world of the elves before all the races came to live in one world.

LMAO I thought it was a trailer of Shannara Chronicles or something. They totally forgot about The Witcher being Slavic dark fantasy...

Do they always have to choose the first well-known song which has absolutely nothing common with the story and immediately say:, ,Yep, that's the one!" ??

if I didn't know the title, after the trailer I would think that it is a random fantasy world in China

The music just screams Twilight Saga. 🤣 Thanks Netflix, for dumbing down my favourite fantasy to "youth programming".

Honestly looks like a bunch of unremarkable characters. This gives big “B” team energy. The music choice too…. common
