Question po, kelan ang reconning date ng 2years period.. the date of instrumentation, or the date or annotation in the title? Thank you

Atty. san po ba magstart mag count for 2 years? Sa Date of Entry po ba or Date of Instrument kapag may naka annotate na section 4 rule 74?
Aug 2022 po kasi ang Date of Entry pero ang Date of Instrument naman po ay Oct 2021 nakapagapagawa na po kasi kami sa abogado pero nung papaya na po namin sa RD ayaw naman pong tanggapin, di pa daw po lapsed ang 2 yrs ano po kaya ang tama? thanks po
