I can literally eat just butter. In fact, my mental health got better when I was doing 80/20 carnivore. Other than the fats in the meat the rest of the fats I was eating was raw butter. It cleared up my mental health issues in a matter of 4 days.

Pure butter is great for you. Be careful to avoid the cheaper versions that are mixed with vegetable oils.

LOVE butter! My eggs on weekends are cooked with 2 tbsp of butter as well as my hash browns! My local store has two different brands of grass-fed butter from Ireland. I also load up my potatoes with butter. So good!

And you can clarify it to fry on higher heat if you can't find lard or tallow.

I eat a mixture of bone marrow, butter and cheese together with my steaks to add more fat.
One thing I wondered about is how much heat destroys the fat, f.ex the bone marrow. How much heat can the fat soluble vitamins and the other good stuff handle.
I recently bought like 25kg of bone marrow and ended up praparing it all at the same time in a similar way as you prepare clarified butter. All the protein solids sank to the bottom and I had a nice uniform smooth fat that after it cooled and hardened to be broken into squares and frozen down. My only concern is whether I destroyed some of the healthy properties by heating it up that much.

Just be careful. Find Butter that has 1-3 ingredients. There's some butter that has Vegetable Oil, Soybean Oil, and other unnecessary fillers.
