I live in Chico, California. In order to make this video more accurate you need to have a homeless man enter the tent while the young couple is looking at it. Then, the young man with the plaid shirt could yell, “Hey, no tresspassing!”

I lived in SoCal, this sketch totally nails reality there! Everything is so good, from the crazy occupations, location names, and even the optimism of the agent. Gotta love the husband’s excitement about all of it and the wife’s reality checks. I always thought House Hunters was ridiculously unrealistic, but this is so spot on for California!
