Wiper only works on high.

You originally had the wrong relay installed thus the missing middle pin connector...now You have the right relay installed for 2 circuits instead of one..(high only)....Great Job!!! Thanks for Sharing!!!

I had similar proble. My relay was in shape. I just removed the relay and refit it randomly. It works.. thanks for the direction you given.

Two different relays One has an extra blade. . I don't think that was your problem. But am glad you got it fixed and peace in the USA for all and all alike.

97 suburban doesn't have this relay, or I just can't find it under the hood. I still have the problem of wipers stuck on high speed

Umm, so, obviously the relay was bad. The new one is just more of a "universal" relay, hence the "extra" prong. On further note, the relay is always the 1st place to start. Other than that, good video.
