In this video i will show you How to Fix Annoying Wiper Jumping on Windshield and same if windshield wipers not wiping properly
its all about wipers angle on the windshield
over time the arm spring will bend the arms and make the wipers sit on the glass in an angle, we just need to twist the arm and make it straight 90 degree on the glass again, so the wiper rubber swing with the direction of the arm

It might work temporarily, but over time the blades wear down to the part that isn't flexible. They simply won't flex with the arm direction. At that point, new blades are a must!
