Java is becoming more like kotlin, in a good way!Impressed by the instanceof with variable declare!which is even more easy to use than kotlin's smart cast!

yes, but almost all these new features are available only in the "preview" mode, I can't use them to write my production code :(

Question: what was the advantage in using the JdbcTemplate with all of the added complexity and not using a repository pattern? Would you at this point do that or was this just to show off the cool instanceOf smart casting?

I am having an issue with Java record & BeanPropertyRowMapper. It looks like the BeanPropertyRowMapper wants some default constructor from a record. If so, how to add it? The error is: Failed to instantiate [com.zetcode.model.City]: No default constructor found; nested exception is
