YouTube audio format is OPUS. The OPUS cannot go beyond certain HZ frequency because of speaker limitation.
MP3 format is also compressed audio. It doesn't deliver exact Frequency Hz on speaker or headphone. Try uncompress Clean Audio format like Wav, FLAC etc.

FYI: the sound you hear very quietly is ambience, not the frequency resonance. So everybody (if you have good ears) should have a minimum of “30” in this video, due to device limitations. Just go visit an ear doctor, they can hook you up with a quick and cheap test. Free in the UK.
