I've been using a waffle recipe for years that just doesn't give me the kind of crunch I like without toasting ti again after they're finished in the waffle maker, so I think I'll definitely give this one a go! It's certainly got several fewer steps and I have no doubt it'll be delicious! I love adding honey and cinnamon into the batter and it give the waffle such a nice warm flavor! And, as a side note, can I just say the fact that you sweeties guessed anything but batter the first few times was absolutely adorable!

I am a regular viewer of your channel and my wife and I enjoy all the content you make. Both my wife and I love to cook. This recepie is simply the best. Having personally made this a few times. I usually make a double batch. I have frozen these waffles and are better and less expensive than Eggo Waffels. Thank you for sharing.

1/4 cup (50g) sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder

I always separate my eggs and beat whites to soft peaks then fold in at end. Makes for very light and fluffy waffles.
