Mike wanted to build speed on 5/10k and make preparations for a sub 2 hour 1/2 marathon in 2021.
Having spotted FixMyRun on Instagram, Mike could see we had what he needed to improve his efficiency and speed, having previously tried to run too fast, too soon and ended up injured.
After six sessions, he was moving more comfortable and even when he had to stop or walk, was running 5K PBs. More sessions are planned so Mike can break the 25 minute mark.
