FixMyRun - Improving Technique to Resolve Pelvic Pain

This anonymous runner had pain in the right sacra-iliac joint (where spine and pelvis meet) after running.
Some improvements were made with some hands-on Osteopathy sessions and then we coached her how to run properly.
She knocked more than ten minutes off the time it took for her to run 12km as well as being able to run without the pain.
She is delighted with the progress and thinks she can run even faster.
