I very much doubt the folklore materials (ie stuff like Fine Silver Ore) will go up in price much, if at all. They've long been hard-farmed in X.0 patches as a means to generate spiritbond for gatherers, and this is no exception. People likely have far more than they will need.

I've been gathering a lot of materials, and made HQ pre-craft mats, like the silk, and the black star, do you think they will sell better than the raw mats?

A good unethical tip and a gamble, is to sell something you want way lower than the MSRP. Then you buy from people who undercut. Works better in the morning because people aren’t buying as much :)
