I've worked as a flight attendant years ago. My 2cents: Depending on how cheap the airline you work for is, it's kind of a nightmare job. Passengers are idiotic, aggressive and entitled. Shifts are endless, your body is constantly getting 25% less oxygen that you normally get on ground, which means you'll get tired fast. Colleagues are usually fun but most are also extremely shallow.
Lots of the young women are just trying to "score" and marry a pilot for the good money they make, they usually get pregnant and retire to become housewives in a year or two. Many are there because they thought the job was "glamorous° like it was 40 years ago when CCs used to be highly pay and got lots of benefits and free time for vacationing. Male flight attendants are instead either doomers, fuckboys, gay or a combination of all three.

Man huge respect to the Karen manager. I have an old manager at my restaurant too (mid 60s) and he doesn’t take shit from anybody. With age comes experience at dealing with stupid people and you have to respect that.
