im just happy to see you are not following the trend that all videos need to be over 3 hours+ yes i know this is a longer video. but you still keep it real and are still speaking to everyone. and not just uploading long videos just to upload them all the time.

your videos actually got soul behind them. and i love you for staying true to the art instead of just following the trends thats popular.

edit: by making lang and shorter videos you are speaking to both old ( experience people) and new people who wanna learn to meditate. and a 3 hour + can be imitating for new people to click on, because their mind over thinks how long it is.

This was Divine timing, I have had an abstract painting idea in my head for about a month now.. I have never done an abstract in my whole arty life.
Yesterday I started it with the modeling paste to give it texture.. then needing to wait for it to dry overnight..
I kept waking in the night and I was basically painting the base coat over and over again in my head.. I thought I need sleep I'll do a meditation.. no word of a lie this was the first sleep meditation at the top..
Blessed be.. I did this and was able to put my painting out of my head as well as go through and release a couple of things I have been working on that I want to remove....

I got up this morning feeling fantastic and am painting 2 canvases at once and they are looking promising and the colors are exactly what I have been obsessing over..

Came across this meditation and going to start playing every evening. I have had a habit of buying a packet of biscuits or chocolate bar then eating the whole lot despite knowing all that sugar not good for me. I feel bad after and really hopeing this is one habit I can change. Looking forward to listening thank you

I fell asleep listening to this last night Joe, for some reason it switched off after an hour BUT will give it another go tonight as I have a lot of useless habits and negative patterns to shift 😂
I must say though if I did any of them today I did think about it before I did it. That’s got to be a start
