Objective truths are based on facts, and that is why they hold up, hence they will hold up society as a whole. I agree.

Facts. 🎯🎯 This is the very foundation of our Constitution and the reason it is the longest lasting Constitution in the history of the world. Understanding that objective truth and unalienable rights exist outside of humans, is the ONLY way true freedom can exist.

The founders created a limited government whose sole purpose was to protect those rights, because if truth and rights are decided and/or granted by men and governments, they can just as easily be taken away.

I sincerely truly agree, I also believed that all "truths" should be treated equally, but I was wrong not only because thinking that way makes you submissive to people but also makes you part of them, not able to modify or deny or even accept other's people's opinions.

There are objective truths and there are subjective truths. For experiences can be subjective but reality is objective.

There is an objective reality but our perception is inevitably flawed and subjective.

I believe all thesis and opinions should indeed be taken seriously and held to the same standards. Because in their infancy form they are equal. And then there are the reasoning and evidence, critial thinking and scientific method. If a thesis still stand, you may call it an objective truth. A theory. Problems start the moment people put emotions into those discussions, because reality isn't always what you want it to be. Sometimes we are all a bit too invested in a point of view, and the result is often that we refuse to change our views when presented with new data.
