Everytime i realize that I'm dreaming. I always wanted to fly. It feels good when you fly in your dream.

I have had astral projections (Out-of-body experience) and Lucid dreams, I would like to astral project or have lucid dream every night, that feeling you get when you realize that you're lucid dreaming and you know that you are free to do what every you want is something inexplicable, but unfortunately I often get too excited that this excitement wakes me up. But I think that lucid dream isn't just dream, maybe our spirit ( consciousness ) is leaving from body to some other worlds, I have had lucid dreams where I visit my grandmother who died in 2014 and in those dreams I know that she is dead and even she have been surprised when she sees me, in first dream she was confused, like she wasn't sure that if I can see her, but when she was sure that I can see her, then she asked me to say something to my mother. (I am 100% sure that it wasn't just a dream, I think somehow I have been to able to visit her).

Hopefully my English is understandable.

Easiest way for me to get into a lucid dream is to meditate into sleep. 🤩👍❤️🙏

I have alway been a dreamer .. It runs in my family but I seem to the most consistent .. I get all my ideas in my dreams I hear music, I fly I go to places .. The only time I ever specifically engaged with my dreams was a few years ago when I wanted to control the narrative, ; I started practice to make myself wake up during the dream and at one point the strangest thing happened .. I woke up between REM and I saw the images strobing to the right as my body vibrated to the left .. it was quite extraordinary!! Usually it gives me a headache when I do this .. But when it occurs normally .. I have no issues . Now I'm usually aware of when I'm dreaming and if I wake up for whatever reason I can go back to it and continue with the same dream .. After years of experiencing lucid dreaming I know the FIELD where I dream.. it's different from other so called normal dream time.. and I use THAT field to solve problems to look at things and get a deeper understanding of an issue.. and I have no stress ..What I am particularly chuffed about is I get ALL my amazing ideas from dreams !
I here music and I hear clear words names and see real ppl Etc.. for the most part I tend to let my subconscious decide what I see; a few years ago I got a symbol which turned out to be a powerful breath technique which is amazing and I'm writing a book about it currently . I would research cosmology and quantum physics Etc and if I want to get a simple perspective I would do it I'm my dreams and it's been amazing processing these big concepts in my dreams and coming up with the correct understanding .
Even though some Ppl like myself seem to have a predisposition or genetic advantage, I believe dreaming is for everyone it's a great tool once developed : As I review this Comment I'm now aware how advanced my skills with my Dream time has developed ; I've been Entering the Lucid dreaming field and sorting Out stuff without realising how far I've come and I've been doing this for years !! So if you're reading this and you're Keen to develop your dreaming skills be PATIENT with yourself .. the phychic realm is a huge lands scape and we all have our own unique pathways to accessing it.. but go with it, keep in mind it's not a marathon ! There's no one to compete with, it's an exercise of TIME and awareness ; gentle Observation with intention for personal development of an Amazing yet complex tool and you will be rewarded 🙏🏾🌀⚡️

I've learned of this ability in my teenage age years.
It started with playing a video game. I played it, not being able to figure out how to get passed a certain point. So, I layed down to sleep. Just as I entered RMS my brain answered my question. I got up played the game and won.
Now, that I'm older, I trouble shoot PCB's. When I go home and I think about my issues I have with a pcb. I'll dream about it and fix the issue. The next day I goto work and fix the problem I was having.
I love the ability of the brain. The answers are there, you just have to listen.

I have been lucid dreaming since I was a teenager, not every night but quite often. The one thing I try to do is find out what day or year it is. Sometimes I manage to find out and other times I get told by the person I’m asking tells me they’re not allowed to tell me lol. It’s so cool to play around with manifestations

This is how I do it:

When I prepare to go to bed I put on headphones and/or listening to a video. What I then do is present subsequent videos as I grow in a deeper sleep. Once in a dream state, once I hear/understand that the subject matter is related to the video I immediately recognize that I am dreaming. Once I recognize I am dreaming, I then control where I want to take the dream.

Thank you >> I have lucid dreams almost every night >> I fly or glide through the air regularly with complete control >> I have another life in my dreams with people and places I visit often that are not in my waking life >> my dream world is just an extension of my reality >> I live in 2 worlds at the same time >> awake and dream >> I also have visionary/premonition dreams, but that's another

One of my latest lucid dreams. I was outside talking with someone and a man was was approaching us from a distance. As he came closer he was rough looking like we would think of as a homeless person. When he was getting close to me I was raising my hand to shake his and then I smelled old sour sweat, alcohol and urine. It was so strong it burned my nose and woke me up!
It was nearly 2 weeks before that smell went away.

When having a bad dream, I'm in danger or upset, I am able to say "no way, I know this is a dream" and I will change the dream.
I've had past traumas that I was reliving in my dreams but no more. It has helped me so much. Peace

Ive been able to control my dreams since about 1st grade. It started after I was being chased by a dragon. In the dream, I realized they didnt exsist and started pinching myself because I knew ai was dreaming. I woke up pinching myself. Since then, I can realize Im dreaming atleast once a month. Atleast. I start jumping and flying around i to the clouds. Its an awesome feeling because its like a roller coaster. My adrenaline goes up. I laugh. I smile. And thats how I wake up. My heart pumping with a smile on my face. As I got older, I know dream stuff I want to dream. When i was younger i was scared of zombies. Now. I can have those dreams of me chasing them and shootimg them. Im not running from them anymore. I am chasing them. Shooting them. I cant control all of dreams. But i find hints in my dreams that are telling me to take control. So i read an article that days in a dream, everything changes repeatedly. Look at one person. Look away. And look back. Itll be a different face. In my dream. I notice it and then its my world. I dont always notice it. But when I do, game on. Also. Ill be in a house or a building. Ill walk down a hallway and come to and i intersection of hallways. Ill look left. Right. And left again and now, the hallway to my left is just a wall. So i know immediately that im dreaming. Im almost 40. Ive been doimg this and gettimg better at it since i was in 1st grade. I dont have them as i often did.when i was younge. But. When i have those dreams, i can control them alot better. I can actually have sex with someone i fantasize about. I know im dreaming. But its almost like virtual reality.

I've had tons of lucid dreams which lead to out of body experience. For me now I rather just dream but lucidity is a big part of my life.
