The carrying handles are a nice idea. I’m in the middle of building mine using the exact same cabinet as yourself. Using a Raspberry Pi running Retropie though.

That's a nice retro project Fred. Many a Man Cave would like one of these for a conversation piece and for video game entertainment.

Coming together nicely Fred, at least with the melamine finish you will be able to get some custom artwork for it printed on vinyl and you will achieve an almost factory finish also make sure to pop down to b and q and get a fluro light and fitting for the marquee, im anticipating the pc build and software as that is what i am most familiar with, you made a good choice with hyperspin, the only thing about these bartop arcades is the lack of anywhere to put a money machine which always ads to the authenticity. ill be awaiting the next episode

take care

Was going to buy one of those cabinets and run my Raspberry Pi3 with Retropie instead of a PC but the cabinet was going to cost over $300 with shipping cost to Aus so I'm going to make my own

Good video Fred - could you make a list of the wood with description and sizes, appreciate the side panels would be more difficult but a length & width would suffice as the other panels would dictate some of that anyway ?
