How to create new user guest account and add account to group Windows 10

To create new local user, administrator, standard or guest user open Computer Management and Local Users and Groups.
Right click on Users, New Users, type user name, full name and opitionaly descriptions.
Select if you want to force user to change password on next logon, user cannot change password, or password never expires.
I would like to user sign in without a password so live all these blank. Click create and now you can see new user in Users folder. Right click on it choose properties, then Member of, and add... now you can add user to specific group. By default every user is in a Users group. I will add him also to guests group. Type guests, click check name, click ok and apply.
