I dont want the User 1 to access my files which are in the User2 account. How do i deal with it?
For now it can be accessed through:
Local disk c> Users> User2 .
but i dont want it so. Can I change it?

That is STILL a Microsoft account... For a MUCH EASIER way to create a local account, that takes only 30 seconds, run PowerShell as administrator, and then run: net user /add newusername newpassword
