I even said this before - I have the 2005 DVD release of *_Toy Story 2_* and it retains that one scene. Undoubtedly the 2010 DVD still has it too.

I absolutely agree with you. I also think that they should have not cut this scene as I personally can’t stand censorship as well. A similar thing that happened a year ago that I personally didn’t like is how they re-dubbed Louis C.K.’s character in Weirdmageddon on the Shout! Factory release of Gravity Falls: The Complete Series.

I also am concerned that there will be more censorship from Disney soon. I sadly would not be surprised if they censor the scene of Mickey smoking in The Gallopin' Gaucho on Disney + as an example.

When I was a kid I thought it was just him trying to get a date. I still thought it was funny, but didn't get the innuendo. Jokes like this can still be funny if you don't strictly view them as innuendos, and just focus on the joke. It would be the same joke if Woody turned the box around and Pete was brushing his teeth.

Yeah, I'm going to have to get the 3D version as well. I got the first 3 movies in 3D, so the 4th will be a no-brainer. Hopefully the Bluray transfer will be better than the theater version (hope for another Justice League difference). I'm hearing it's going to be coming to the US in 3D, but I'll probably preorder it from Amazon UK for now, just in case :) I can always cancel the UK order if that happens.


Shame to hear about the censorship. Glad I own the uncensored version :)

TBF, the blooper was added for the DVD release. It was never in the version released in theaters.

I don't know why it's that a big deal, I know it is a mid credit scene but it doesn't Even IMPACT THE MAIN PLOT why even freak out about it not being ignorant and all but you can look at it on youtube

Or just don’t buy Disney. Buying the hard copy instead of the digital still gives them money.
