Love everything except those turning indicator buttons that just are going to be a disaster in roundabouts and other high turning situations where we will be looking for the buttons as was the case with the old horn.

Thanks for a great review Robert. I only just got my Model 3 thanks to Fully Charged Harrogate so in many respects I'm selfishly glad the upgrade is evolutional rather than revelational 🤣 I'm (personally) not sold on the indicators as buttons idea though

Robert does the best car reviews! None of this "design language" crap. Notices the details that an average non-petrolhead driver cues to. I really appreciate that he's the one who got to do the first drive for Fully Charged.

The lack of turn signal levers is troublesome. There are plenty of roundabouts here in Sweden, and the law here says you blink right when you drive out of the roundabout (lefthand drive in Sweden), and if you don’t you will get fined if you are caught by the police.

For me a huge minus not having sticks. I really love the actual control of the stick to activate/deactivate autopilot and set into Neutral and wipers.
I am hesitant to replace my M3 when the time comes.

The noise is one of my biggest complaints with my previous M3 and current MY. But you have to factor in that the roads in Norway are very noisy too. This summer I was driving in Denmark and I was shocked with how quiet my car suddenly was. So if you feel this on is better than the one you have back in England, it might just be verry quiet.

Another great video Rob, bought our first EV last November Tesla Model 3 performance after watching a lot on the fully charged show, would never go back absolutely love it. Always puts a smile on your face getting in it. Now I’m like you and want to change. 😅

I very recently had a 21 plate Model 3 LR loaner for 3 weeks and it is a fabulous car. I normally drive a Model S and I do like the smaller dimensions of the Model 3. I do miss the extra information that the screen in front of you gives you in the Model S, so I would probably get an aftermarket screen or heads up if/when I move to the Model 3. The improved refinements of the 'facelift' Model 3 will simply make it an even more compelling buy. The combination of better efficiency, longer range and faster charging will make a noticeable change on very long trips.

Still no speed indicator right behind the wheel though. That's one thing I hated when test driving the Model Y, having to turn my head away from the road just to see how fast I was driving
