Putting a tracker in a tire that's in use is nuts. The g force inside a spinning tire is similar to an artillery projectile coming out of a cannon. There are so many better places. And feeling a bulge in the tire if the tire has air in it you can't feel anything but a very hard tire. Who ever wrote this story should try fairy tales.
