I love intermittent fasting and have been eating mostly OMAD since June 2020. Even though OMAD is my standard, I love being flexible in my schedule and will at times have variations to keep things interesting. I have lost weight, got into a healthy weight range for my height and maintained the weight loss for over 3 years! I love to share the flexibility and peace offered through intermittent fasting.

Please keep these going!!! These vlogs of what you eat on a daily/weekly basis has helped me tremendously and I know for others as well…it’s so nice to see how flexible you are and your mindset. This has helped me have the same mindset and not be so rigid in my fasting journey 🤍🤍

I love the flexibility you use with your fasting. Following you has helped me understand how to make this work in my life too. I fast everyday for 20 hours unless there's a social event or vacation planned. Because I am consistent most days I can enjoy the occasion changes. Thx for showing the way!

I'm disabled and can't walk any longer, I have Degenerative Osteoarthritis. I'm doing OMAD, hoping and praying that it will work to help me lose weight.

I love your channel! I just completed my first down day followed by an up day. 36 hour fasted wasn’t bad until the 34 hour mark, the up day was nauseating for me. I think I much prefer my OMAD normal 20-22 hours of fasting.

If I have a down day and have to cook I usually try to make stuff I’m not interested in. BUT, if I’m making something I like I pull out a serving for myself and put it away for one of my meals for the up day. I usually end up not caring about it after everyone is done eating and my husband will just take it for lunch.

I started an experiment today from carnivore to your way of eating. I did a 20 hr fasting plan for 53 days and lost 13-15 lbs. I forget my starting weight. I then did 50 day carnivore and lost maybe 4 lbs but went up and down. Today is day 1 of doing a 20 hour fast again. I sure hope I lose something! Did you eat sweet items while you were in your weight loss phase? I’m happy to give them up but it is nice to think I could enjoy something sweet now and then. Dr. Mindy Pelz? talks about a 36 hr fast now and then to help with weight loss so I plan to do that also now and then. I really hope I have success on your plan. I love the variety and how you enjoy your life and family!

Quick Question - Do you drink the flavored LMNT at the end of your eating window? Cu wouldn't the flavored LMNT drinks not be a clean fast? I love the flavored ones too. But I'm never sure if I can drink them when I'm fasting.

I just started 2 months ago, first time sticking to this after watching u:) Question, could u address if anyone has had constipation and or unusual bowel habits with IF /. I feel like now I no longer have the “ usual” morning time, but comes if at all un predictabley during the day. Thanks Jacki!

Thanks for sharing this Jackie! I have a TMI question. Do you have poop/diarrhea issues after eating food after fasting all that time? Like, after not eating for 2 days and then going and eating out and all those hot dogs, does your digestive system kick in? This is the problem I always seem to have. It’s so annoying and keeps me from continuing intermittent fasting. It’s particularly a problem when away from home to eat, opening my eating window. I just want to know if all that “stuff” regulates or do you have to poop within an hour of eating? 😂Sorry for the TMI, but I really need a solution for this problem! 😊

Does the flavored element packs break your fast? I see you drink the cans, but still state you are still fasting. Just curious.

I am doing the 28 day fast feast repeat book - and am confused by the LMNT drinks. You have several with flavors during your fasting time - does this not break your clean fast?
