You're wrong about Calcharo. Even if you assume perfect play, he is subject to so many forced errors that his practical dps is way lower than his theoretical dps in 90% of encounters. Sure, on enemies where you never have to dodge during lib, and they never situationally dodge DMs, his damage is pretty good, but realistically how many encounters fulfill those two qualifications?

The reason calcharo that low is because how hard his mechanic to get at least 3 DM in his rotation after his liberation (skill issue most likely), If kuro revamp him(dodge, counter fill DM bar), then i can see him going up on the tier list, but as for now xiang li yao way better for most people 😅

8:05 yh calcharo and danjin are very good but very high skill ceiling and if u watch in the update log, they also wrote that calcharo is actually 0.5 but because he is so difficult they rank him so much down, because that is what most player can pull out with him. Tbh thats so weird cz i rly like prydwen but this tier list is more about how good is this unit for casuals, not about how good can this unit be.

Also changli is weird for the same reason. Changli is so strong rn cz she is in calcharos, yaos, encore, chixias best team and they are the highest dps teams in the game rn. Yes over jinshi/zhezhi (also this little nerd girl on yt have a chart about that). So she enable all this very strong teams but she is 0.5 cz this teams are so diffucult and the average cant pull them out.
