I just asked ChatGPT about the bell pepper colors and confirmed you are correct lol green=unripe. yellow/orange = intermediate stages of ripening and red=ripest!

Pasture raised are the best eggs you can buy. Cage free means they are just out of their cages, but still hardly any space at all for the chickens .I’d buy pasture raised and if not might as well just buy the cheapest eggs you can buy .

Pasture raised means that the chickens have to spend a certain amount of time outside and each get at least 108 sq ft of space. Cage free just means they aren’t in individual cages, but I’ve been in chicken houses and they’re pretty crammed anyway.

Also gold kiwi, just incase you dont both the green and golden kiwi skins are edibile and contsin antioxidant and most of the fiber content. I personally eat all kiwi skin, but goldenis much more enjoyful if you have a issue with trxtures.

I hate how expensive fruit is for the small amount they give you

I eat the same foods everyday and let myself have 1-2 meals freely My obsessions change every few months Right now:
Breakfast - Protein Pancakes (pancake mix, egg whites, cottage cheese, chocolate chips)
Lunch - 8 ounces ground beef, green beans, strawberries, blueberries
Dinner - 8 ounces chicken tenderloin or 8 ounces pork chops, baked potato, carrots or broccoli
Snack - honey dew and cantaloupe
On the weekends I get some pizza or a burger and fries

Unfortunately discovered I have an egg intolerance so can’t eat many eggs anymore Used to be a huge part of my diet

Do you have or could you make a fat loss video but without protein powder? I’m trying to get all my protein with Whole Foods but I’m going over my calories. I only need to be at 150grams protein and about 2000-2300 calories for fat loss. I’m averaging 2600-2900
