Eben is correct with is example about the full synthetic and being mixed with crude oil however redline is a group 4 base oil and are composed of polyalphaolefins these base oils are not extracted from crude oil but made from small uniform molecules

I’ve seen some off road vehicle reviews that stress the AWD system in vehicles causing the differential fluid to heat up and trigger the system to temporally disengage the AWD system until it cools off. I would like to see a test with Amsoil Severe Gear to see if the AWD system performs better under stress than with the convention oil.

Does the AMSOIL friction modifier work to stop the chatter noise by itself? Or would you still need to buy the Mopar friction modifier additive for a 2003 Jeep?
