Great vid as usual, that's an excessive amount of metal shavings on the drain plug. When I did my change I hardly found any, if you still are grinding gears you may have some damage to the synchros or gears. If that's the case, rebuild it before it detonates. Thumbs up.

When I did mine, the drain plug was the same full of metal shavings.

Your car needs a GL4 and Shockproof is a GL5, not a good idea!
