Watched this video in november 2022, I had just started to lean swimming, obviously I couldn't dive at all, now August 2023, I can dive for almost a minute after many hours at the swimming pool, thank you for the video alongside many youtubers

I have to learn how to dive 2 meters and pick something up from the ground in a couple of days to keep my dream job.
