Serbian-American follower of Jesus Christ here. My wife is Iranian, converted from Shia Islam. We celebrate Passover because of our love for Jesus Christ / Yeshua ha-Mashiach. It is a great, solemn reminder for us and a positive experience for our family life. People think it is something prescriptively Jewish, but God said these are 'My' holy days. Every aspect of the Passover preparation and its actuation are important reminders about what God has done for us, and we are happy to abide in that, especially when the secular meanderings of this world press in on us day in and day out (including man-made monotony of religious traditions that take the life and meaning out of our relationship with God in Jesus Christ, our Lord).

I'm a Gentile believer in Yeshua Ha'mashiach, and i understand and recognize and respect the Jewish roots of my faith, we believe in a Jewish Messiah, who had Jewish deciples and who observed the Jewish Torah, and i personally try to keep atleast parts of the Torah like the Dietery Laws and the Moral Laws, and i would love to celebrate the Jewish festivals like the Passover, as a way of honoring my Lord and Savior for fullfiling those feasts for our redemption.

Rabbi Schneider absolutely nails it by speaking the uncomfortable truth that Christianity has totally been misled by the Romans. It is a blessing to see many Christians begin to yearn for the Lord's appointed times and festivals. However many churches and faith leaders still refuse to budge and want nothing to do with these things nor do they want any part of YHVH's instruction (Torah) that our Messiah Yeshua (Jesus) lived, taught, and preached.

A few years ago as a youth leader, I decided that our youth camp should celebrate Passover and have a Seder dinner. What an impact this had on our kids as I read scriptures concerning this extremely important Holiday. What a blessing we all had at camp that summer.

It's not the question "should we celebrate this or that feast" rather how does God judge it when we celebrate this or that feast. We should be so close to His heart that we know the answer. Seek and you will find. Ask and it will be given you. Knock and it will be opened unto you. You will be surprised how much different God's views are. And He will reveal it through His Word.
God loves us and wants us to walk in His ways and His thoughts.
