This video discusses some principles that I have found useful when it comes to time management. It can be really hard to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and there are many options in how to overcome this. This video lays out some helpful starting points for getting live under control whilst avoiding burn out.

05:18 "When there is nothing to do, turn to work." I really liked that.
Your default mode is to work. You are winning.

Having a "default mode" when having nothing to do is a really great suggestion. As I reflect back, my default mode is playing video games.

Every college would provide tremendous expensive courses but they will never teach you how to study, how to manage time, etc. Good video. Very helpful. Thank you.

Something that is very useful to me is the two-minute rule. Any task that takes two minutes or less, just do them to get them out the way. And you’re thinking, studying doesn’t take two minutes, think of the steps. Like when I was studying for my AP a week ago, you use the two minute principle to small stuff. It takes less than two minutes to open your textbook. And then you do another task, like pulling out your notebook and having your pencil, at that point, you will have momentum, thus the motivation to do a task.

Hope this helps, works for me. Like when I’m just on insta, I think, it takes less than minutes to sit at your table and pull out your textbook and pencil, and that really helps.
