1 1/2 cup milk (any) (*if your pumpkin puree is watery, reduce to 1 cup)
1 cup oil (any neutral oil works!)
2 cups flour
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 cups oats
1 cup flax or wheat germ or a combo
1 tbsp (or 3 tsp) pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp cinnamon
