Unreal Engine 5 Start Up Crash FIX

If you have installed Unreal Engine 5 and can't launch it because it instantly crashes, here is how to fix it.

For some reason my unreal engine 5 want finish downloading it keeps coming up error 😒 it says corrupt or missing files the first 4 times I try to download it and the last 2 times it crashed my computer 😳🤓😤🤔

I have a problem with a project where the scalability settings are in cinematic by default...i can't change that and now the project crashes every time...do you have any idea what to do about this?
