Being 6"3 270 lbs guy and having a knee injury from football, i preferred to do heavy bag work or stairs for cardio. Running especially on concrete really hurts my legs

I don't run but when I see how built you guys are in your videos it inspired me to actually weight lift. I do it every other day and I recently moved up to 30 pounds, starting at 10 pounds in July. Keep up the videos guys! You're an inspiration to lazy people like me.

When I was in CC in high school we had the 200 mile club id run 10 miles a day 5 in the am and 5 in the pm ran 500 over the summer enhanced my 7 mile marathon from 1:45:32 for my junior yr to 35:27 my senior year
