Wow, what an interesting talk! This content is so timely and relevant and accurate! Sara describes things I've experienced in my career to a "T". I heard Sara's 2018 TEDxSeattle talk, and was so inspired that I've continued to follow her and her organization. Her team's research on workplace diversity is really fascinating. Glad to see she is continuing to make a difference even during COVID, and is continuing to share her organization's positive impact with the rest of us via these videos.
