I hope someone got a hold of the defendant and helped him run his business because the cracks in the wall were beginning to show here and I hate the idea of someone figuring out what was going on with him and then taking advantage of his forgetfulness. This is sad. He clearly has some onset symptoms of dementia. I've been taking care of my grandfather for 15 years and he seems like he has some of the symptoms. I hope he has family or a support system in place to help him with his properties and finances

My dad had dementia. This is exactly what he behaved like. That’s just my observation.

It should not have mattered to the defendant if the plaintiff’s witness was Travis or Yan, as both persons (in addition to the plaintiff) were on the lease and entitled to be there.

I get the sense this happens with every tenant that rents from him. Whether he’s getting dementia or he’s just a jerk, there’s probably something with everyone he deals with.

How do you not know who Travis is...He signed the lease and I'm sure provided a copy of his ID upon signing the lease! That was very lame of the Defendant...😂
