My landlord was like this. He had stage 2 Altzheimers disease. It was rough and I made it a point to get every interaction recorded or in writing so there was no miscommunication of any kind

He's still waiting to meet Travis to this day.

The defendant is clearly losing his mind.

Worst part for the landlord is he chased away good tenants living downstairs for the squirrel upstairs who doesn't pay rent.

I'm praying this man doesn't have any early stages of dementia or Alzheimer's because he clearly has quite a bit of confusion going on

One of the early stages of dementia is confusion and fear. Maybe fear that someone is moving into your house that you don't know. For some it could be fear that someone is stealing their laundry. Remember to be kind to people

I don't know if its Alsheimer's or dementia but the defendant is clearly loosing it.

The defendant looks very confused. Not in a funny way but someone close to him needs to get him checked out regarding his memory.

He seems like a decent man…I honestly hope he’s ok tbh.

I think the landlord is experiencing dementia or Alzheimers. He does seem truly confused and not malicious. I hope he has family to check up on him.

Defendant is sad to watch. He should’ve hired someone to take care of the day to day, but he clearly has no clue he’s losing his mind. Does he have no family or friends to notice?

Not sure defendant even knows where he is.

I'm so glad my landlord right now is so amazingly awesome!!!! And he's the fire chief, too!!! This poor man seems like he is showing signs of dementia!!! 😢

How lazy is this defendant that he couldn't even be bothered to go check on the rodent issue? He lived across the street, not across state lines.

Gee, I feel sorry for that Defendant as he really does look genuinely confused. He's not trying to be sly, it's like he's at the start of Dementia or something like that.

“I don’t care if there’s much of an attic there, it’s big enough for a squirrel” 😂😂😂

The constant whistling as he talks 😂 reminds me of that family guy episode with the cool aid jammer guy

The landlord sounds like he is beginner stage of dementia. Also, you don’t need “proof” for rodents. Usually, the holes are so small you cannot see them with a naked eye. When JJ said it doesn’t matter, she is right. He should’ve taken care of that. It sounds as if he knows he can’t go up there due to his health

The look of confusion on the defendants face is not helping his case LOLL
