This is an excellent exercise for increasing motor neuron activity... Though lead up to this level incrementally and with care, whilst touching lightly the back of a chair, or holding one or two staffs for safety and security.

I will try holding my arms out first. Then hold one leg off the ground, at a time. We'll see if > get that far. Might take some time... then...
