Connecting Fiat 500e to App

This no longer works... the website in the video fiataccess.com and moparownercenter.com are both defunct, although the first one still lets you go in and enter all of your info which is scary!

You have the 2017 right? Does the app still work for it? It would be really nice if it did... I'm looking into this alternative option my500e

Thank you! Every guide just says go to settings. Well there's a settings button on the multimedia screen. No one says to go to the steering column.

Just tried on my 2015 500e, but there was no Connectivity ID when I went to that screen - it was just blank. Bummer ...

This won't work with used cars and you only get 3 years and can't buy more.

I was on the phone with them and they told me that it is not work with 2013 to 2016 Fiats 500e. Because it's on a 2G network and the newer Fiat 500 ease are on the 3-g network. It's such a bummer!

I just leased a 2019 500e two days ago. Sadly, the Fiat access app does not appear to work on iOS 12.4 AT ALL. It won't even launch! Add that to the fact that even though I have the very latest version of the car, Uconnect does not have Apple CarPlay or Android Auto, and FCA has not provided a way to update. If I had to guess, it's just another way that FCA shows how much they hate supporting the 500e? It's really sad because I really do like the car.

I am trying to set this up for my new 500e. I think the engineers at fiat were blind drunk when they set this up!!! This is so bad!
