Hi, Katie, You helped me to decide whether I wanted a body pillow or not. I sleep on a twin bed, so the body pillow is not going to work. Have you heard of it? I'm trying to find a pillow that supports my neck properly while I sleep on my side. One of the things that looked appealing with this pillow is that it has a place for the sleeper to put their arms up under their head without cutting off their circulation. So many to choose from and some are so expensive! Right now I sleep with two pillows (soft ones) that I bunch up to support my neck, however I still wake up with a stiff neck and sore shoulders. Hi Katie, Thank you for helping me! My hubby is so sick of me researching pillows! I cannot decide between avocado, SpineAlign, or Scrumptious for neck & shoulder pain. I am a small framed back and side sleeper. Dr. Loth, (pronounced with a long o sound) I've read, has great customer service and like Coop, will send you more filling. I am that incredibly sensitive one who ends up sleeping on the small carnival prize pillow and lets the expensive cervical foam pillow fall to the floor!

I've been a tiny skelter my whole life, switched to back sleeping on a buckwheat, that plus chiro care I started made me have constant neck pain, I'm not sure which is to blame but it definitely started during excessive, unnecessary neck manipulations, though I do think the pillow is far too firm for me, but I love that it holds my head in place, I'm still trying to find a pillow that'll hold but won't feel like I'm sleeping in a piece of carved wood
