My baby will be 16 months soon and is only cruising and pulling up on furniture. I’m really excited to try these methods!

My 14 month old still refuses to stand/walk with support. He's great at cruising, crawling, climbing and very energetic but hates the idea of walking/standing he collapses his legs immediately! 😅 Just feels like he's never going to walk, I will use your tips

This video is great! My son is 7 months, and has been pulling up to stand for a month already. He’s beginning to cruise, I’ve been researching videos to help him along since he’s so determined!

My little one shows signs of readiness, but lack of confidence. She can easily cruise, she can go from sit to stand (but wants to grab a toy once she stands), she'll let me support her ribcage area while she walks (which I notice she is getting stronger each day), she can easily go from crawling/sitting into a stand at the couch (without needing to pull herself up). But she has only let go of the couch to stand independently one time for 5 seconds. I'm going to introduce a push walker to see if she'll use it. Looking for other tips to get her to have the confidence to stand without holding on.

thanks for the video!!! What is the duration and/or time frame to practice. Also is this a daily activity, just trying to get a timeline. My granddaughter does everything. She's taken about 6 steps on her own at once with my coaching but now only about 1-2 steps then down to crawl. I believe she doesn't trust herself yet.

My baby just turned 9 months and is already cruising along anterior surfaces and is standing up against vertical surfaces an attempting to cruise there as well. What step schold I take next? I know that it is normal for some kids to start walking at 10-11 months and expect mine to walk before his first birthday. He sarted crawling a few days after he turned 6 months and started pulling up to standing at the end of 8 months. A week ago he learned how to klimp a Pickler triangle. I didn't expect everything to happen so soon and I am not prepared. Which activities schould I promote now?

My daughter was born 5 weeks prematurely and is now 17 months adjusted age but she isn't walking yet. She pulls up to stand, cruises by holding onto vertical surfaces and few days ago she tried standing up with no support several times with the longest period being 20 seconds. She hasn't done it again. I am worrried as her left leg turns outwards a little bit as she walks, she has an appt tomorrow and will bring it up to her doctor.

How do you recommend practicing independent standing if the toddler doesn't want to let go of the surface (15 months old)? I mostly try to hand her toys so she can't hold on, but then she sits down.

My daughter has made it passed these stages or doing them...I'm just at the stage where we practice everyday. Thankfully since she was born 27 weeks early and now she 13 months. I'm aiming for 15months to have her walking 😊 independently.

My baby is double jointed which is very flexible and her pediatrician says it’s the reason why it’s taking her a bit longer but isn’t concerning.

My 15 month year old still not walking independently but with assistance, she keeps her feet in an angle ( out ward) and kind of drags her feet when walking. Will he need a surgery? She wears heel cups inside her shoes, but when the shoes are off feet us back to the side.
