For childhoods free from consumerism and commercial exploitation

Criança e Consumo (Child and Consumerism) is an initiative of the Alana Institute that, since 2006, has been working to ensure children are free from commercial exploitation, on and off the internet.

Advertising aimed at children is already prohibited in Brazil and it is children's right to grow up free from commercial harassment and consumerist pressures.
