Many people are wondering what happened to my two Evolve bikes, I ended up selling those. I was more interested in other bikes so the Maiden replaced the Skypilot and the Patrol replaced the Alpha 27. I did enjoy the Evolve bikes and it was nice to have those to ride, I also wish I kept the Alpha 27 a bit longer and made more content with it, but ultimately I wanted to ride other bikes, I was supposed to have the Patrol a lot sooner actually but delays happened. I am very happy with what I have now! And like I said, I don't care for getting new bikes every year anymore!

Your davincy willson lengthens the distance from your chainring to your rear cog as is goes trough the travel. This is pulling your chain and that's why the pedals move. Every supsension design has a different amount of pedal kickback so that's why your willson has more pedal kickback then other bikes

4:48, maybe I'm mistaken, but isnt that pedal kickback, caused by the chain stay length growing slightly as the bike goes through its travel

i really appriciate how you dont crap on old bikes like some people. i ride a 2006, and get negative comments all the time. its refreshing to see someone else who rides the hell out of an oldie

that thing with the cranks moving on the wilson is actually because when the shock compresses, and you have a high engagement hub, the chain shortens which makes the cranks move (the higher POE, the more movement)
