The thing with Egypt is that it was such an old and influential civilization, that everyone wants to claim it.

The Ancient Egyptians were Black, called themselves Black, called their land Khemet which means Land of the Blacks. The DNA of Ramses III and his son were E1b1a, which is highly concentrated in West Africa today. The DNA of Tutankhamon was most closely linked to people living in Southern Africa and the Great Lakes Region of Africa today.

Also, there are similarities, especially between Taoism and Ancient Egypt. Egypt was a civilization with a solar and stellar religion, which venerated life, including eternal spiritual life and a future eternal life on earth, which is really why they embalmed their dead and their pets and more and left very lifelike images of themselves. This was misinterpreted as an obsession with death.

Khemet and Egypt were as influential on the Eastern Mediterranean and Mesopotamian civilizations as China was on Southeast Asia, Korea and Japan.
