I don't dislike May, but she played herself as a fool here lol. Girl, you trying to brag about your business connections and how Tommy will want you for that, and I'm just thinking: May... Grace literally spied and snitched on him, got married to someone else, and he would still choose her over you without even wasting a second to think about it 😂 I was just telling my husband this last night: I see the creaters were trying to create this love triangle situation, but there'd never be one with Tommy. He was never in between feelings for two women. It was always Grace.

May tried playing mind games and ended up losing!!! She was bragging about business contacts because she never really understood Tommy and thought he was all business … but Grace is the only one who knows the secret- he is all about love cause only she has seen the pure vulnerable side of him! Grace’s secret❤️

I never understood what May hoped to achieve here? She walks up to this woman simply minding her own business and tries to goad a reaction from her and simply walks off when Grace retaliates.

Grace has done nothing wrong to her and she tries rubbing her face in the fact she and Tommy have had a relationship. She then proceeds to laude her business connections over her and practically sneers when Grace says that they're in love with each other.

There was never a competition between them, even May triple takes at her. Her face when she says 'my name is Grace' tells it all. It's a shame that SK always had the women in the show pitting off one another. It would have been interesting to see Grace and May interact with one another, Grace was incredibly intelligent and May was a business woman. It would have worked well.

May loves him because he's a rebound, his power and curiosity. Grace loves him for everything he is. Lizzy and him fell together because she supported him in his darkest times, he appreciated her and he realized there was no one else for him at that point.

What about the red dress? What I find interesting in this scene is the use of the colour red. May's red dress reminds me of the role Grace played in Tommy's business plan in Season 1 when she was told to wear something red. This contrast perhaps indicates some character development?

Grace always! May hopelessly leaves with the horse and Grace continues to wait for him, they both knew who he would choose.
Also Grace and Tommy were real deal, knew who they were but loved each other anyway. May was desperate and liked the “idea” of Tommy.”the man you are waiting for does not exist”- uncle charlie’s wise words!

May accepted Thomas as a gangster, honestly, after watching later seasons, grace really didn't that caring towards Tom.
And may was talking business, cause after ep4, it was the only thing left between them. Business.
