Great video. Too great to be high positioned on YT. I behave just as suggested in this video for a long time, and today my son told me that in school they learn how UVB is more harmful than UVA, so I went to actively seek the reasonable references about reasonable sun exposure without sun blocks and simmilar. Thus I found thus video, but after a long list of fancy videos telling you the contrary, of course without any referece. Kudos to doc!

When I went for mole checkup my dermatologist said any tan whatsoever is unhealthy and since recently been putting on spf systematically every single day regardless if sunny or not. Is a little bit of tan actually healthy or better for you than absolutely no tan?

Hi, what about hybrid tanning beds with red and blue light? I am having trouble verifying manufacturing claims that its safer. In winter A friend of mine uses them to clear up her psoriasis - I'd love to know a drs opinion if you have Time ❤

Hello i been on my first sunbed yesterday i didnt know it can cause skin cancer im fair skin and hair freckles i went in naked now im in depression because im scared i have cancer now how likely isit that after one sunbed i can have skin cancer some one help me im so scared

I have spent most of my life in Australia but have also spent a summer in Sweden...l have quite a fair skin but found the effects of the sun in the two different places to be extremely different!...the sun in Sweden is very mild compared to living here in Australia where it is far more harsh, so l wonder whether this factor is accounted for in this study?...l also think that the effects of changing to a low carb diet seems to have reduced the effects of the sun on my skin whilst maintaining a healthy immune system is also critical....☺️
