Hello, I'm Doctor Alekseev - a chiropractor, neurologist, and kinesiologist. Today I want to show you swelling on the face, and wrinkles and also tell you which points on your face need to be pressed and massaged so that they become smaller and disappear in the future. At the same time, I wish everyone to be healthy, to have no swelling and puffiness anywhere, no wrinkles - but only a young and beautiful face. Do these exercises, and soon you will be able to see a pleasant result, and the sensations will be amazing after a combination of these exercises and massage.

Two days after I tried these exercises, my sinuses improved and so did my facial puffiness, especially my nasolabial folds, the tip of my nose, the area around my eyes. Thank you for this massage guidance. My sinuses feel lighter, if I can describe it this way.

Im 36, and I started doing it at 30. I ran into my old boss, he told me I looked younger than when he first met me. I gagged.

Everything he says here is real I've been doing it since I was 15 years old I'm almost 60 and people think that I'm in my late thirties or early forties so I look about 20 years younger than I should

Myself as a Physician, I agree with you. I’ve been doing facial exercises or yoga for facial muscles using honey for a decade. I’m 38 but people says m 25. Honey moisturises the Skin and massage enhance muscle tone n improve blood n lymph flow. I would recommend everyone to do the same.

Thank you for useful videos that help us understand how to maintain our physical body much better. I have been using rice bran oil recently doing facial and neck work as well as all over body trying to focus on lymphatic & pressure points.. Your demonstrations are so useful especially to increase blood flow to the brain and increase blood flow and circulation. I would greatly appreciate more videos especially for neck and all over body which is so vitally important as we age.
