The job descriptions look super manipulative and unreasonable. Everything is so open-ended, for NACA to set any demands they want on their employees’ time and work requirements. No wonder they have such difficulty attracting and keeping good counselors! NACA employees need to go back to their roots and UNIONIZE! ✊🏿✊✊🏻✊🏾✊🏼✊🏽

Hello, I reside in Atlanta and actually filled out an application almost 8 months ago and I thought I didn't have a shot of even hearing back from them but, I finally have and I am due to interview in a week. Is the interview, math test and typing test very intimidating? I'm normally not a nervous person and always if I get an interview I get the job but, for some reason I am so nervous about this opportunity and to couple the fact I have been on my current job for 8 years.
