SALTED CARAMEL CRACKER BITES

How to make salted caramel cracker bites. The perfect and easy snack.
You will need one 9 ounce bag of Soup and Oyster Crackers.
Pour crackers into bowl.
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F and have baking pan ready. For easy clean up line baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a sauce pan melt 2 sticks of butter Add 2 teaspoons vanilla, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 cup of brown sugar packed.
On medium heat stir all ingredients and bring to a boil. Set timer and boil for 2 minutes.
Pour caramel mixture into bowl of crackers and stir until all crackers are coated.
Spread mixture onto baking sheet and sprinkle with salt.
Transfer to preheated oven and bake for 7 to 8 minutes on middle rack.
Remove from oven. Let cool. Transfer to serving bowl.
Store in airtight container. No need to refrigerate.
